How it Works

Step 1:

Prior to submitting a Field Request Form, users should review the Field Reservation Calendar to be aware of already reserved times. Grass availability is dependent on maintenance schedules as well, which are not posted.
Review the Reservation Terms and Conditions and Park Rules and Regulations.
Field availability subject to change without notice due to field maintenance, weather, and tentative reservations.

Step 2:

Submit Field Request form no less than 2 weeks prior to the request date.
Submission of form does not secure field time.

Step 3:

Field Request will be approved or declined.
You will receive an email within 5 business days that either accepts, declines or additional questions about your request.
HSP reserves the right to decline rentals due to: field maintenance, field usage hours, availability, history of non-payment and/or non-compliance with HSP rules and regulations.

Step 4:

If your field request has been approved, a Reservation Agreement will be e-mailed for review and signature.

Step 5:

Field Rental Invoice
Field rental invoice sent with any additional equipment and payment is due immediately.
Field reservation is not secured until payment is received and receipt is provided.

Practices and Game Requests

Reservations will be taken on seasonal basis until space filled. Single use reservations will be accepted up to 14 days in advance of requested reservation date.

Spring season (January - April): accepting requests beginning November 15
Summer season (May - August): accepting requests beginning March 15
Fall season (September - December): accepting requests beginning July 15

Winter Closures: Grass fields close for the winter beginning December 2, 2024. Turf available (except on holidays)

Camps/Clinics/Tournaments/Events

Field rental reservations can be booked starting 6 months prior to the date requested with prior approval.
