FOOD TRUCK VENDOR INFORMATION

Food Truck vendors can request to be on the HASP event mailing list or may reserve vending times at the Houston Sports Park by contacting Natalie Webb on 713.433.3969 or email nwebb@houstondynamo.com

Vending times will usually be exclusive, with the exception of major tournament events where multiple vendors may be contracted. You will be notified of events where exclusivity is not offered.

Vending times at premium event dates will be offered to regular HSP Food Truck vendors first.

June 14th and 15th: H-Town Soccer Tournament

Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays are usually our busiest weeknights and with Saturday lunchtime, and all day Sunday provide the most visitors.

Typically the ideal serving times would be:

• Weeknights: 6pm - 10pm
• Saturdays: 11am - 3pm
• Sundays: 11am - 7pm

Food Truck Permit Pricing:

• $50 per weeknight
• $100 per weekend day < 4 hours
• $150 per weekend day f> 4 hours

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment to be made before your arrival at the park, vending time may be offered until payment is received
2. Dr Pepper drink products must be offered for sale. For a full list of approved products please email nwebb@houstondynamo.com
3. Food Truck vendors are responsible for acquiring any required city/sale permits
4. Vendors are responsible for providing own power and Ice. Ice available for purchase at HSP for $5 per 20lb bag
5. No refunds
